Our founder, Susan, has always had a heart for helping people. She was a special education teacher before raising two amazing children and spent many years as a stay-at-home mom. More recently, she pursued her passion for Change Management, studying how to provide thoughtful, compassionate guidance to people navigating life transitions. With the support of her husband, she turned this passion into a meaningful new chapter by starting Senior Relocation Pros.
The heart of Senior Relocation Pros is our team. We brought in friends we met through other ventures who were finding it difficult to get steady work. These kind, honest, and hardworking individuals are the very people we would trust to help move our own parents. Bringing them into the business created a win/win/win: meaningful employment for our team, dependable and caring support for our clients, and the joy of building a business that reflects our values.
